Join us at the Los Olivos Tasting Room for yoga, wine, and DIY yoga mat spray making fun with our neighbors at the Grapeseed Co!
Frances Hickey, RYT, will lead you through a fun and approachable hour-long flow yoga class followed by a glass of wine from the Santa Rita Hills AVA. Then, make your own custom scented yoga mat spray with Kristin from The Grapeseed Co’s organic scent bar right next door.
*Starts at 11:00 AM, meet at the Los Olivos Tasting Room
*Drop-ins welcome
*Bring your own mat if you have one
*Appropriate for all levels
