Sea, Ranch and Vine: An Evening with Gala Restaurant & SAMsARA Wines

Join Chef-Owner Jaime Riesco of Gala Restaurant, Channel Islands uni diver Trent Patterson, and SAMsARA winemaker Matt Brady for an evening rooted in California’s Central Coast — from the cold Pacific waters to the ranch and the vine.

The night opens with Chef Riesco preparing fresh ceviche tableside while Trent Patterson shares what it’s like to dive for the ocean’s most prized delicacies. From there, guests are seated for a five-course dinner built around Channel Islands seafood, locally sourced ranch meats, and seasonal produce — each course paired with SAMsARA wines from the Sta. Rita Hills, with Matt Brady offering context on the vineyards and vintages throughout the meal.
