Join us for at SAMsARA Goleta on February 22nd at 10:30 AM for a dynamic, all-levels flow yoga class lead by Frances Hickey, RYT, followed by a glass of wine from Santa Rita Hills. Our wines are all made by hand, fermented with native yeast and minimal added sulfites, and fit into your healthy 2020!
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM class, wine to follow
Please arrive 10 minutes early
Bring your own mat
Wear clothing you feel comfortable to move in
