Rita Hills’ most celebrated labels, pouring their newest Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs alongside sparkling wines and Rhône varieties, all shaped by the region’s famously cool, sun-drenched climate. Tastings from more than 20 wineries are paired with wood-fired dishes and bites from local purveyors, conversations with industry experts, and live flamenco performed against the historic backdrop of Casa Covarrubias.
