Singer Songwriter Sophie Holt was born in Leicester, England, and currently resides in the Ojai Valley, California. Her sound is reminiscent of singer songwriters of the 60’s and 70’s with a flare of Motown. Critics refer to her as the Norah Jones of guitar. Her latest song “Nothing Lasts Forever” can be heard on the compilation Album “The Alchemy of Fire – Songs to heal the Ojai Valley” alongside featured artists Lissie, Jack Johnson, Mia Dyson, Ted Lennon, Aaron Embry, among other local legends.
