CUSTOM TASTING
Guests can customize their experience to focus on specific vineyards, vintages, or varietals and work with our sommelier and hospitality director, Lily, to create a tasting tailored to their knowledge level, area of interest and wine preferences. We love nothing more than bringing our guests bespoke, thoughtfully planned, and unique custom tasting events!

CORPORATE TASTING
We work with companies of all sizes to host clients or employees for fun interactive events in lieu of in-person meetings. We excel at connecting individuals from across the country in an intimate, interactive environment perfect for client engagement or employee team building. We can integrate our tasting into a meeting/presentation format with the company host or create interactive teamwork/icebreaker games to enrich business-from-home life. These tastings are unique and unforgettable and will keep clients and employees happy and connected in the new reality to which we are all adjusting

TASTING ROOM EXPERIENCE
This tasting recreates a visit to our tasting room with an interactive, personalized experience with one of our tasting room associates and with wines that guests would typically see on our tasting menu. We can also show you around the tasting room and winery and let you check in on the winery operations of the day!

Virtual Wine Tasting #4
WINEMAKING FOCUS
This virtual experience explores the nuances of our winemaking style and our commitment to making low-intervention, terroir-focused wines from unique, cool-climate sites within the Sta. Rita Hills and surrounding areas. This experience is for those familiar with our wines and those who would like a more in-depth exploration of specific winemaking techniques (oak usage, whole-cluster fermentation, minimal racking, sur lie aging, and extended élevage) and the effects these winemaking techniques have on the resulting wines. We choose groups of wines that allow for discussion about stylistic choices and production methods and how each winemaking decision affects wine style.
