The Lark

The Lark, named for the sleek overnight Pullman train of the Southern Pacific Railroad that serviced Santa Barbara from 1910 -1968, is situated in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara’s “Funk Zone”, a vibrant arts and entertainment district near the Waterfront.

Ingredients are locally sourced and responsibly grown, using the highest quality seasonal ingredients based on the abundant bounty of the Central Coast. Dishes are beautifully plated featuring bold flavors designed to delight the senses while staying rooted in the climate, geography and inspiration of Santa Barbara, the “American Riviera”.

The Lark’s full bar features classic and modern craft cocktails use the finest in artisan spirits, mixers and seasonal fruits and vegetables and the wine list highlights small Santa Barbara County producers as well as artisan winemakers from afar.

Angel Oak brings elevated California coastal cuisine to the perfect oceanfront venue. Angel Oak restaurant offers an elegant 3-course prix fixe menu, as well as a gastronomic 5-course tasting menu by Chef Josh Kellim. Sharing the spotlight with the excellent cuisine is comfortable ambiance and scenic beauty, with floor-to-ceiling ocean views and a striking 25-seat bar topped with vibrant blue Amazonite quartz. Seating on the outdoor patio is also available, showcasing captivating sunsets over the Pacific. Ca’Dario

With 4 locations in Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Montecito, Ca’Dario restaurants have consistently been among the best Italian restaurants in Santa Barbara since 1997. Chef Dario Furlati combines authentic imported pasta, cheeses, tomatoes, flour, and olive oil with fresh local ingredients that have made Ca’Dario a Santa Barbara staple. The wine list includes an excellent selection of both Santa Barbara wines and Italian wines.

Loquita showcases authentic Spanish food including hot and cold tapas, wood-fired grilled seafood and meats, and seasonal paella. The Mediterranean climate and terroir of Santa Barbara County mirror that of Spain, making the translation of locally sourced produce, meats and seafood an ideal match. The wine list is comprised almost entirely of Spanish wines with exceptional local wines that pair well with the cuisine. Loquita’s cocktail list showcases Spanish vermouths, farmers’ market Sangria, hand-crafted cocktails and a rotating selection of Spain’s king of cocktails, the Gin Tonic.

A local’s favorite for three decades, Opal Restaurant and Bar infuses a California Cuisine with creative influences from around the world. Opal’s chef uses the freshest of ingredients to create dishes inspired by the colorful multi-cultural heritage of America, often with an Asian flair.
