The Lark, named for the sleek overnight Pullman train of the Southern Pacific Railroad that serviced Santa Barbara from 1910 -1968, is situated in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara’s “Funk Zone”, a vibrant arts and entertainment district near the Waterfront.

Ingredients are locally sourced and responsibly grown, using the highest quality seasonal ingredients based on the abundant bounty of the Central Coast. Dishes are beautifully plated featuring bold flavors designed to delight the senses while staying rooted in the climate, geography and inspiration of Santa Barbara, the “American Riviera”.

The Lark’s full bar features classic and modern craft cocktails use the finest in artisan spirits, mixers and seasonal fruits and vegetables and the wine list highlights small Santa Barbara County producers as well as artisan winemakers from afar.

Angel Oak restaurant offers an elegant 3-course prix fixe menu, as well as a gastronomic 5-course tasting menu by Chef Josh Kellim. Sharing the spotlight with the excellent cuisine is comfortable ambiance and scenic beauty, with floor-to-ceiling ocean views and a striking 25-seat bar topped with vibrant blue Amazonite quartz. With 4 locations in Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Montecito, Ca’Dario restaurants have consistently been among the best Italian restaurants in Santa Barbara since 1997. Chef Dario Furlati combines authentic imported pasta, cheeses, tomatoes, flour, and olive oil with fresh local ingredients that have made Ca’Dario a Santa Barbara staple.
